On-Site extended warranty coverage is included on qualifying office imaging equipment products purchased at The Fax & Printer Guy Inc. requiring only that you purchase your original brand (OEM) consumable supply items for the qualifying product of your choice, excluding paper, exclusively from The Fax & Printer Guy Inc. This extended warranty coverage includes parts and labour as well as printer management and remote monitoring thereby enabling the proactive managing of your supply and service needs. With remotely monitored and managed office imaging equipment there is no need for end users to keep track of supply levels and inventories nor report any service needs as remote monitoring enabled devices are capable of notifying your service provider of any supply needs or service issues often before the end user is aware there is a need.
